Buy and try wooden ice cream

Swim in the world of ice cream
When it comes to colorful summer, people will think of the Sunshine Coast in Southern California. Palm Springs-based artist Betsy Enzensberger presents her colorful world of ice cream through pop art. She has always been interested in snack foods, which vary in size, shape and flavor from culture to culture, but which bring all kinds of novel experiences to people. Most of Betsy's ice cream is made of resin, because the material can have rich colors, textures, and create opaque and translucent textures.

In her view, fluidity is an expression of the sculptural state, when these ice creams are in a half-melted state, they are mouthwatering, but they cannot escape the doom of being eaten, which may be the "tragic sweetness". Betsy has also carried out a lot of joint cooperation. Some of these ice creams are inlaid with rhinestones, rivets and glitter, and some are combined with various elements such as daggers and cakes.
These works are divided into three sizes: small, large and jumbo according to the size of the ice cream, and they all have their own names. The price of such an ice cream ranges from 250 to 6500 US dollars, and the ice cream of 10cm-190cm is optional.
Dangerous goods wrapped in sugar
Founded in 2007, artist duo Miss Bugs is known for its colorful contemporary mixed-media artwork. In 2019, Miss Bugs' 900 different translucent popsicles made of resin were on display at the Jealous Gallery.
Each popsicle is handcrafted with three layers of resin in different colors encapsulating supplies such as razors, medicines and syringes. In their view, these attractive-looking popsicles represent contemporary society’s obsession with social media. The sugar-coated artefacts reveal a gluttony and addiction to digital information, while the benefits of digital technology make life fraught with danger and waste.

This series of works is called "DO NOT HARM", the name comes from a sentence in the Hippocratic oath, the doctor's commitment represents the responsibility to the patient, but in today's online world, it is full of harm. In addition to exhibiting in the gallery, they're also selling each ice cream in individual packs, complete with instructions for use, how to store it, and warnings about side effects, which now sell for $250.
100% pure sewage ice maker
Hong Yichen, Guo Yihui and Zheng Yudi are students of the Visual Communication Design Department of National Taiwan University of Arts. In 2017, they spent a year collecting 100 different sewage samples in Taiwan and completed the graduation project "100% Pure Sewage Ice-making Institute" . After sampling the water source, they froze it into popsicles, which they replicated 1:1 with epoxy resin.

Each popsicle has a strict packaging like a saleable product, and the reverse side of the outer packaging will be marked with a color to distinguish the degree of pollution. Red and purple represent severe pollution, yellow and orange represent moderate pollution, and light blue represents water in good condition. At the same time, it will show the source of pollution: industry, agriculture, people's livelihood and other factors.
